How to subscribe
From the extension itself: open Ambiglot's settings from the toolbar button and choose a plan under Your plan. Payment is handled on Stripe's checkout page; we never see your card.
After the trial, without subscribing
Ambiglot keeps working in a reduced form: 5,000 characters a month in the cloud (roughly 35 short messages), then Chrome's on-device model, which is noticeably less natural and does not handle every language. Fine for the occasional message; not what the trial showed you.
Questions
What is a character?
A letter, space or punctuation mark in the message being translated — both directions count. A typical chat message is 100–150; a typical email 500–1,500. 400,000 a month is more than almost anyone sends.
What if I hit the limit?
Translation continues on-device until the allowance resets on the first of the month. In practice, subscribers do not hit it.
Can I switch plans?
Yes — email hello@ambiglot.com and we change it for you, with the difference credited. It takes effect at your next renewal.
Can I cancel?
Any time. Email hello@ambiglot.com and it is done the same day, with access through the end of the period you paid for.
